We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our New Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to contribute to our rapid growth in the Paid Media industry across the USA market.
The New Business Director will be responsible for driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the digital and technology sectors, with in-depth knowledge of the advertising ecosystem.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and optimize profitability and business development opportunities.
- Drive new business generation through proactive strategies.
- Track and manage leads, prospects, and deals using the internal CRM system.
- Deliver timely and accurate sales reports to leadership.
- Collaborate with the sales and specialist teams to develop and present compelling proposals, tailored to both national and international markets.
- Commercially driven with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Highly ambitious, proactive, and results-oriented with a commitment to achieving goals.
- Strong adaptability and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- A hunter mindset with a proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Skilled in persuasive communication and strategic thinking.
Required Technical Skills:
- Deep Understanding of Paid Media Platforms and advertising ecosystem
- Strong understanding of audience data, measurement solutions and media buying processes within media agencies.
- Demonstrated success in crafting and executing marketing strategies for major corporations.
- In-depth understanding of the enterprise MarTech landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate service offerings and propose innovative solutions.
- Possess a 360 perspective on digital campaigns, encompassing all relevant aspects
- +9 years of related experience
