So, if you’re passionate about all things people and working with a diverse team, we want to speak with you!
You will be responsible for:

Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits inquiries and enrollments. Work with benefits/ADP Workforce providers to process enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Compliance and Policies: Help ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied. Assist with compliance-related activities such as I-9 verification and E-verify. Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Employee Relations: Handle routine employee inquiries and escalate issues to HR management as necessary. Assist in employee engagement activities, including surveys and feedback. Participate in resolving minor employee conflicts and concerns.
Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and development programs. Maintain training records and track employee training programs.

Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and interview panels. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (currently TeamTailor).
You’ll bring to the table:
- BA degree in human resources, psychology, business administration (or related)
- 3+ years of previous experience working as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant or HR Generalist (or related)
- Previous experience managing payroll, assisting in recruiting or hiring, and with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills. Because we are a global agency with multinational offices, the ability to communicate fluently in English (first) and communicate well in Spanish (second) is important. Bilingual capabilities are preferred.
- Previous experience with international mobility processes are preferred
- A passion for people, proactiveness, and the ability to remain adaptable at a growing organization
Note: FL applicants only. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in our Miami office (located in Brickell) and 2 days per week remote. We are not considering applicants outside of the Miami area at this time.
