Our offer
We are looking to incorporate in our office located at 600 Brickell Ave Suite 2125, Miami, FL 33131, a Business Developer with experience between 2-3 years in multinational companies. This individual will be a key member of the global business development team responsible for generating revenue through sales and sales support of integrated marketing and media platforms.
In your day-today role you will be:
● Researching new opportunities.
● Establishing and negotiating new partnerships
● Develop alliances with key clients and potential clients as well as other stakeholders to achieve brand preference including initiatives related to risk, network, product, operations, marketing and technology.
● Coordinating with the rest of the team on integrations and operations
● Contacting partners for administrative needs – compliance, treasury, legal, finance, etc.
● Meeting ongoing partners regularly, improving relationships and getting better out of them in terms of operational efficiencies, SLAs and commercials
Regular Partner Data Collection & Analysis
● Collecting and organizing daily/weekly/monthly reporting across all PM
partnerships for various purposes, including internal revenue tracking & accounting
● Performing regular and ad hoc reporting requests for all partnerships and analysis
Ad Coordination & Organization
● Coordinate all pre-launch activities with client: IO/contract execution,
● creative/asset in-take, etc.
● Communicating effectively with external and internal partners to coordinate
campaign launches
● Utilize data to inform in-flight optimizations and adjustments that help to achieve
client performance goals
Partner Communication
● Collaborating with partners on a regular basis around scheduling, asset collection
and other ad hoc requests.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesday and Thursday with a general guidepost of being in the office 100% of the time based on business needs.
What we need you to bring
Basic Qualifications: 5 or more years of work experience with a degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar preferred. An advanced degree (e.g., Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) will be an asset.

● Strong ongoing knowledge of LAC remittances and payments

● Analytical skills (ability to identify tendencies, forecasts etc.)
● Strong interpersonal skills (ability to interact with several teams simultaneously
