Office Manager

We collaborate with them to successfully execute their vision so they can achieve their business goals, defend their social license to operate, and increase their prestige.
ABOUT THE OFFER:
- Management of the agendas of several directors in Santo Domingo's office (control and organization of meetings, trips, calls, videoconferences, etc.)
- Drafting and preparation of reports.
- Attention to internal and external visits
- Preparation and distribution of mailings.
- Documentation and file management.
- Organization and management of company trips.
- Coordinate and manage the trips and/or displacements of their managers.
- Event planning.
- Registration of attendees and creative pieces to advertising festivals.
- Coordination of press releases.
- Relationship with suppliers of office supplies.
WHAT WE NEED:
- Professional with Higher Degree (Secretariat or similar)
- Good management of the Office Package and Google tools.
- Advanced English level (C1-C2).
- 3-4 years experiencie in similar positions
